We ship UPS Ground Freight. We also offer 3 -Day Express, 2nd Day Air,
Next Day Air, and Federal Express shipping. Contact Us for rates.
All packages are protected against loss or damages up to $100.00.
Additional protection is available at

Shipping: All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title
passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the
legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of
California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic
beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your
behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at
least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you
are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing
delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are
delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show
identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
WEATHER ISSUES:
We are not weathermen. Please advise us if you have concerns about
weather extremes and we will hold your shipment at no charge until you
determine it is safe to ship. Carriers do not insure against heat or
cold damage.

Freight charges for returned shipment(s) are the sole responsibility of

It is necessary to impose a 5% restocking fee on cancelled orders paid

and 7.75% sales tax, if you live in California, or are shipping to a
California destination.
Orders may be picked up at our Healdsburg location by appointment.

interested in treating its customers fairly. Any issues that may arise
with respect to the condition of wines sold by TheWineShopOnline will be
