Balanced on the palate with a nice interplay of ripe texture and bright acidity leading to a long refreshing finish. This was ferm ented primarily in stainless steel barrels with a small percentage in neutral French oak. There are no oak flavors, but the barrel fermentation added a creaminess to the citrus notes and a layer of palate richness.
